Complexity in a worldwide group

How can a shipper in a worldwide group return to being a stable, comfortable transport organisation?

How can a shipper belonging to a worldwide group take matters in hand to return to a comfortable transport organisation? How can we return to delivering goods to our customers in a stable and certain way? How do we achieve this in an uncomplicated and clear way for all employees?
